16 July 2012:

  • 0600:3.0 mile run in Vibram Five Fingers.  29 minutes 33 seconds.
  • 1700: CrossFit: A WOD: 5x Back Squats (135), 3x Back Squats (205), 1X Back Squat (255), 1X Back Squat (275) X2. B WOD: In 12 minutes with a partner, row 500 meters with twenty seconds rest in between 500 m rows.  After 500 meters, partner rows.  Daniel and I rowed a cumulative 2911 meters.

17 July 2012:

  • 1700: 3 rounds, not for time, of:
    Row 250 meters (work on efficient pulls)
    Pistols x 5 each
    KB Snatch x 8-10 reps each
    Strict Handstand Push-Up x 8-10 reps”Sissy Test”
    For time:
    15-14-13-12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
    KB Swings (44 lbs, but to be fair, all of the 53 lbs kettle bells were taken)
    1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15
    Pull-ups (Started with a thin green band and moved to a thick green band…owwwie)

18 July 2012:

  • 1740: 4.0 mile run in 41:40 (wearing Brooks Glycerin 12)

19 July 2012:

  • 0545: 3.0 mile run in 29:18 (wearing Vibram Five Fingers Bikilia)
  • 1700: CrossFit 808: 8 rounds for time of run 200m rest 90 seconds.  (23 minutes 26 seconds)

20 July 2012:

  • 1700: CrossFit 808: A WOD: 5 Sets: Front Squats 4-6 reps. 41X1.  135 lbs most sets.  Accidentally hit a PR of 185 lbs.
  • B WOD: 100 Push presses for time.  Every minute on the minute, perform five toes-to-bar. 75 lbs/5 min 48 sec
